Organic Soap

Wild Thyme
Thymus is Greek for "courage," and that's exactly what you'll feel the moment you smell this soap.  We're using it at the Seattle Seed office, and we find ourselves looking for excuses to wash our hands.  Seriously.

In ancient history, a soup of beer and thyme was used to cure people of shyness, nervous disorders and even nightmares.  You'll know what we mean when you smell it.  Spicy, fresh, herbal, earthy, amazing.

Ingredients: (items marked with * are certified organic) Safflower oil* and/or sunflower oil*, palm oil*, coconut oil*, essential oils of lavandin, rosemary, patchouli, lemongrass, thyme, clove bud; chlorophyll; cloves*, rosemary extract.

Gardeners
This hand soap is perfect for getting dirt out of the spaced between your fingers.  It will leave your hands with a refreshing and vibrant smell that erases the stench of dirty garden gloves.  With coffee grounds and apricot kernels for scrubbing, and citrus oils for scent, you'll be looking for excuses to wash your hands!  Makes the perfect gift for the gardener in your life.

Ingredients: (items marked with * are certified organic) Safflower oil* and/or sunflower oil*, palm oil*, coconut oil*, essential oils of lemon, lavandin, orange and patchouli, apricot kernel, ground coffee*, rosemary extract.

Lavender

Lavender has long been described as an herb of love, but it also was thought to keep a person chaste if a drop of lavender water was placed on the head.  What a dichotomy! Herbalists have claimed that it has carminative, anti-spasmatic and stimulant effects.  We mostly just find it incredibly relaxing.

Ingredients: (items marked with * are certified organic) Safflower oil* and/or sunflower oil*, palm oil*, coconut oil*, essential oils of lavender and lavandin, alkanet root, comfrey root*, rosemary extract.
