Packed full of flavor, this is your first step to pro level-controlled grilling. Apply the Step One Base Coat and allow to permeate deep into the meat to create a natural exterior “sweat” binder. Wait 10 minutes for the magic to happen; then apply one of their step two rubs.

By separating the two different layers and steps, you’ve locked in flavor internally, while still being able to apply as much Step Two Rub as desired - all without over salting.
