Cards are paired with a teal envelope and packaged inside a clear plastic sleeve. This original design was hand drawn with pencil and pen, and all Billie Claire products are printed in the US / designed and assembled in Richmond, Virginia. - Card description: The state outline of Virginia filled with hand drawn dogwood flowers, surrounded by hand lettered "Greetings from Virginia."
