Hot Pepper Jelly
It starts with five varieties of sweet and spicy heirloom peppers grown sustainably in Virginia. Then apple cider vinegar and sugar is added until it's sweet, but still tart, and never cloying. Finally, it is gently thickened with vegan pectin, but kept loose enough to flow off your spoon and onto every thing you eat. Spoon over cream cheese or crackers. Top grilled meats or pizza. Dip your spring rolls. Just don't run out.
