Original (Mild Heat)
The original Red Clay Hot Sauce, balanced with sweet, mild fresno peppers with French white wine vinegar and age the sauce in bourbon barrels for a complex, balanced and award-winning flavor profile. It's a mild, delicious crowd-pleaser.
Carolina (Medium Heat)
Aged for three months in bourbon barrels, this blend of Fresno and Carolina Reaper peppers lets some sweet shine through the smoke. For those who love the OG flavor yet want a little more heat, Carolina Hot is for you.
This hot sauce offers the most pure flavor of heat, and Chef Rhyne highlights the pepper’s citrus and floral notes by adding orange peel and carrot to the mix. Delicious to use as an ingredient when cooking or in spicy cocktails, marinades, aioli and shrimp & grits.
