Mussels in olive oil with basil, garlic, lemon juice, black pepper, and oregano — herbaceous, savory, and begging to be poured over your next steaming bowl of pasta.
Ingredients: Mussels (shellfish), Olive Oil, Basil, Water, Salt, Garlic, Concentrated Lemon Juice, Black Pepper and Oregano
The mussels are raised in the cold, nutrient-rich waters off the coast of southern Chile — one of the largest mussel-producing regions in the world. Grown using the “Long Lines” method of open-sea aquaculture, our mussels are ASC-certified and harvested at peak season, when they’re at their most tender and flavorful.
